You can use your online account to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions at a time convenient to you.
GP Online Services allow you to:
- view, book and cancel appointments online
- order repeat prescriptions online
- update your personal details online
- view your detailed medical record online
This can all be done from your computer, smartphone or tablet at a time that suits you rather than calling or visiting the surgery. Patients living with a long term health condition can also benefit by having greater involvement in their healthcare as they can access test results and keep track of their treatment. All patient information is kept securely.
To register for online services, please ask at reception and provide proof of ID: i.e. a UK photo card Driver Licence or current passport. We can then issue you with your login details straight away. Once you have your online account, you can then request access to your detailed medical record from within your account if you wish.
Please note, due to patient/doctor confidentiality, those with parental responsibility of patients aged from 12 years and up to and including 15 years will not be granted access to this service. If already registered, once a child reaches the age of 12, access to the online system will automatically be removed. Once the child reaches the age of 16 they may re-register for online services themselves.
Please note, you cannot access our online services from abroad.
The SystmOnline app is available for Apple and Android devices and is free of charge.
